1. Introduction
Welcome to Choice Technologies. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and services, including all content such as text, graphics, and multimedia. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and KYC Process
Users must be at least 18 and legally permitted in Switzerland to use our platform. A mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process requires an official identity document and a 3D biometric selfie video. Non-compliance may lead to registration rejection.
3. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
To enhance security, users are required to enable 2FA for their account. Users are responsible for keeping their login information confidential and are accountable for all activities under their account.
4. Provider Profiles
Providers must create a profile detailing their services, prices, locations, and availability. Providers are responsible for the accuracy and updating of this information.
5. Customer Registration and Use
Customers need to register and complete the KYC process to use the platform. They can browse providers, send booking requests, and pay for services via credit card, while the service payment is made as per the provider’s accepted methods.
6. Choice Code
All users must adhere to the Choice Code, outlining behavioral guidelines on the platform. Non-compliance can result in account suspension or termination. Compliance is checked after each meeting between providers and customers.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform is owned by Choice Technologies or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the platform's content in accordance with these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Choice Technologies is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from platform use or services provided by providers. The platform is offered 'as is' without any warranties regarding its reliability or suitability.
9. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Choice Technologies and its affiliates against claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their use of the platform or breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes related to these Terms or platform use will be resolved in Swiss courts.
11. Changes to Terms
Choice Technologies may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued access or use of the platform after modifications indicates agreement to the revised Terms.
