CHOICE is more than a platform—it's a commitment to respect, safety, and integrity. That’s why any violation of this behavioral code will immediately lead to account suspension.

Respect & Dignity

Respect is non-negotiable. All members of our platform must treat each other with respect and dignity. We have zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or any form of abuse.

Safety First, Always

On CHOICE, every interaction, whether you're a provider or a customer, must at all times be 100% consensual. Boundaries must be respected, communicated, and understood. For your safety, keep all communication within the CHOICE platform—sharing personal contact information is a breach of our safety protocols.

Honesty Matters

Members must provide truthful and updated personal information. Impersonation, account sharing, or any misuse of accounts are considered serious breaches of our CHOICE code, undermining the trust and safety of our community.

Legal Compliance

CHOICE is committed to legal compliance, strictly adhering to Swiss laws. Our platform is a no-go zone for illegal activities, including the consumption of illegal substances or any other illegal behavior. We stand firmly against exploitation and human trafficking, ensuring a safe and compliant environment for all.

Health, Wellbeing & Hygiene

We advocate for regular health check-ups and insist on the use of protection during sexual intercourse. These practices are essential, not optional, to ensure the health and safety of our community. Please note, any requests or attempts to negotiate unprotected sexual intercourse are a strong violation of our behavioral guidelines. Please be mindful of everyone’s wellbeing when providing or requesting services on CHOICE. This includes maintaining a high level of personal hygiene, which is equally important for both providers and customers. Please make sure that you are fresh and clean for your appointments, or confirm beforehand if suitable shower facilities are available.

Communication & Content Guidelines

On CHOICE's public pages, explicit content and nudity are strictly prohibited. Furthermore, all communication within the CHOICE in-app chat functionality is required to be treated as strictly confidential by both provider and customer users. Please note that in-app chats will be permanently closed once the meeting is completed, unless there is a recurring meeting scheduled with the same user.

Every report is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and is critical in preserving the safety and integrity of our community. We have a network of partners and organizations offering support services, and are prepared to provide access to trusted contacts, but only at your request and with your explicit consent.
